My Opinion:
the first thought I got on looking this is how will It relieves migraine and neck pain . I tried it after a stressed day at work I followed as per instructions it helped relax and gave some comfort but didn't entirely wipe of the pain am still figuring out to get the best use of this . I also tried to put in my car seat but unfortunately it created a dent in my car seat so it was a failure idea for me . Flat on the floor with neck resting on it helps to relax neck muscles . Overall a simple device designed to relieve migraine and other issues which am still figuring out to get the best of it.
