my opinion :
Firstly to say am so loving this wrap method of losing weight than jumping workout cardio etc..I am busy with two kids and work so I skip my gym most days.luckily this wrap method is helping me get my shape back . I have used two wraps so far I can feel the difference in my tummy muscles being tight stiffer . It's easy to apply peel and stick .
