 My opinion
I like my new stainless steel rolling pin over my old wooden pin .mainly because it was heavy to use plus when I clean the water ansorbs as wood is Porus so it requires special oil for maintenance but the steel pin is lightweight it doesn't hurt my hands cleaning and maintenance is very easy as its dishwasher safe and pin Is non sticky . I almost use it every day for baking and for making flatbread . Chilling the rolling pin helps roll pastries easy . The quality of the pin is good it been on use for nearly 2 weeks almost every day but still it's good as new . Overall I rprefer this stainless rolling pin and have replaced my wooden pin .
